Espoleta & Eduardo Update

So we have been very busy in the Johnson household. Espoleta found a great home and is very happy according to her new Mommy. Sorry no kittens yet!

I'm doing better, my jaw is working like a pro. I have gained weight & become sluggish but that was to be expected. We have a vet appointment this February, that's when we will find out the next step. Hopefully I am cured!

As you can see the new tab is up on my tab bar explaining our experience with Eosinophilic Myositis with pictures, this tab will be updated as I continue my life! If you feel anyone needs this information, please feel free to share the link!

Alright everyone, it's nap time for me!

We hope Espoleta will let you take some pics of her little ones when they arrive - glad she found a new home and you have peace again:) That is wonderful news to hear you are feeling better - a few pounds extra are OK if it means you are doing well.

Eduardo...great to hear from you, and so glad that you brought us great news on what has been a sad day.

Hope you continue to improve, and that perhaps your medication can be cut back a bit so you are not so sluggish.

Keep us posted on your vet visit and on the kitties.

Oh Eduardo, my heart aches. Have you tried to find a certified veterinarian accupuncturist? (must be CAV certified...some vets say they've been taught, but it's an art, not a science) and autoimmune diseases like this seem to respond beautifully to accupuncture! My sibe Juno gets accupuncture regularly for her hips and is doing just great. she goes every other week now. Pred is not a good long term drug (weight gain, crazies, etc.) Hopefully you can find an alternative, maybe holistic solution. you're cute as a button. i hope you feel better and normal soon.

Glad you're feeling better, Eduardo. We were worried about you! We agree with Wild Dingo on the acupuncture, it helps Tucker with whatever it is Tucker has that no one can figure out.
