Frog Hunting!

Me & my Mommy were on our night potty walk when something hopped over her feet, it was this little guy:

I've never seen a frog before & I wasn't really sure what to do with this thing, Mommy said he was a nice frog.I'll name you Mr.Froggie!

He didn't seem to mind me sniffing him & when he hopped I got really excited! I decided I wanted to bring Mr.Froggie inside to live with me, Mommy & Daddy! But when I told Mr.Froggie my plans to bring him inside he hopped away!

Wait Mr.Froggie! I want to play!
Well...I'm going to find Mr.Froggie! Or a new froggie, I just have to get my Mommy to take me out for some frog hunting! I'll not give up till I find Mr.Froggie!

Eduardo...Please be very careful with froggies and toads. Some of them are not very nice, and can make doggies very sick. We think it might have been a toad that made Teka so sick last month, so be careful. Better just be acquaintances, not friends, OK.

doggie friends are the best friends

Now THAT looks like fun, Eduardo! We don't have any frogs in my backyard, just Shell-E and he's cranky.

Oh, becareful that the froggies are not harmful. Some can be poisoness but even for the plain drain frogs, their slime can be quite gross too. Chloe LOVES to go frog hunting & she's the Champ for it! Has put a few in her mouth already & also frothed.

We think froggies are pretty exciting, too. None around here are poisonous--we just have tiny little kneedeeps.

Hello Eduardo,

that's a nice little froggie. We pawsonally don't care about froggies and toads (there are a lot of them here) but you as an only child should consider taking one home. I bet your pawrents would love it.

Hmmm... pee-wee saw one of those on our back patio, but when he touched it with his nose it made stinkies and pee-wee ran away.

There are lots of critters out at night. I hope you are careful with your night potties.

Hi, Eduardo...

Froggies are fun to watch, but you shouldn't try to pick them up...

They can make you sick & they don't taste very good...

I think a froggie would be a fun pet! Just do not lick him because I heard somewhere that it can make your mouth foam up!

Hi Eduardo!
Mr. Froggie was scared to come play with you? I don't know why, you are so cute and sweet looking! But like the others said, it's probably good that he took off...

At least you didn't try to eat Mr. Froggie! I think I would have!

Eduardo -- It's probably a good thing that Mr. Froggie hopped away. Frogs can be fun to tease, but not too good to get too close to. And as Gussie said, some can make us doggie's very sick.

Thanks for stopping by this morning!!

Eduardo, frogs are fun! We have TONS of them in my neighborhood, and I like to call them "hoppers"! They startle me and I sniff them but mommy says I can't touch because some of them are poisonous!! So be careful out there!!

Mom says she saw a frog in our yard! Your frog may not want to come inside because he probably has his own family :)

My Mom is AFRAID of froggies, she'd probably scream if that happened to her. She is such a weirdo.
