Congrats Cody! Your in the running for Ultimate Employee! Now it seems there is some confusion over the contest & how it works. Let me clear it up as best as I can.

There are TWO categories, I place you in the right one when I receive your pictures.

Ultimate Showdown

and

Battle Of The Employees

If you are an Employee of The Month(you would know if you are) then your photos will go into Ultimate Showdown category.

If you are NOT an Employee of The Month(this includes all ANIMAL BLOGS.) your photos go into Battle of The Employees category.

There are four events, in each event ONE runner up will be chosen & ONE winner. There can only be ONE from each category. Is everything falling into place now?

During the judging of each event's photos YOU(the reader) will vote for your favorite photo. The Reader's Choice Winner is won by you! So if you want to win get out there & get some votes!

Now that leaves THREE winning photos for each event(remember there are FOUR events). The top TWELVE photos will be judged and TWO will be picked. Then YOU will pick & vote on which out of the two photos you believe is the ULTIMATE EMPLOYEE!(and winner of the grand prize!)
