I haven't been able to get around to blogs & I don't think I'm going to for a little while, things are hectic around here! I'll try to stop by some blogs today! Please tell me if you did your post. I'll try to set up some kind of clock in thing for my employees. Does anyone know where I can find something like this?

I haven't either - I tried yesterday, but I couldn't get to anyone's blog, my computer was so sloooowwwww. Don't know what got into it! Working now tho, but I don't have much time!

Hmmm I am thinking about it. What if you use a poll with every bodys name on it and they "vote" for themselves when they have clocked in and then just update the dates every week? just a thought
mommy has a time clock in the office downstairs - but I don't think it works for doggies - heck she has trouble getting the hooman workers to use it!

Eduardo, don't worry, we have the same problem and to be honest, I am really glad to here you have trouble keeping up too. It seems like just when I have visited all my pals, they all blog again and then I am behind.
Momma even said I can't make any new friends for a while because it is just too hard to keep up.

Well as you know we are self employed as we know the difficulties of working for a large organisation!
Sometimes, it seems, you end up just a number!
Our advice as a management strategy would be to delegate. You could appoint a management team. You could then assign your workers in small teams to one manager. These managers would of course be working for you and you would take on the role of director!
Now how does that sound?
