I asked YOU the bloggers, my friends, & employees what would be the best way for me to choose the Employee of The Month by Treats or Points? Y'all chose treats! I will now explain this way of choosing for future employees, & current employees who may need a refresher. I first collect the list of top employees; the top employees are employees who do 3 out of 4 post a month(remember you are allowed one off day a month,). A top employee shows dedication to the Snuggle Puggle Work Force by posting the badge(with every Tuesday post OR on their sidebar.). Top employees do what they enjoy which maximizes "goodvibes" production, so we are never in short supply. Once I get my list of top employees my Mommy puts their name on a piece of paper & then she puts all of the top employees in a row with a treat on top, I then review the list & chose a name randomly!
